• Billing Information: Payment transactions are handled entirely by certified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Paddle / Stripe). We never store full credit or debit card numbers on our infrastructure.
• Risk Profile Settings: Your customized risk preferences (such as daily loss limits, R:R targets, and max lots) are synced to your user account so your rules remain consistent across devices.

3. How We Use Information

Your data is used strictly for legitimate business purposes:

• To activate and verify your subscription license.
• To deliver critical security updates and technical customer support.
• To enforce risk guardrail rules chosen by you in Cortex Guardian.
• To prevent fraud, piracy, and unauthorized multi-user license exploitation.

4. No Sale of Personal or Trading Data

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your personal data or trade orders to third parties, brokers, or marketing networks. Your proprietary trading strategies and execution history remain strictly your own intellectual property.
